Compact cartoner

The new horizontal cartoner from Triangle (Chicago&#44 IL) has a compact footprint and allows quick&#44 no-tool changeover. Two-D carton changeovers take 5 min and 3-D changes are done in less than 30 min.

Machine is 40% smaller than Triangle’s standard cartoner yet handles cartons up to 9.5”x3.5”x11”. Features include ability to switch from continuous to intermittent motion servo or in-line drives automatic changeover system electro-mechanical synchronization glue system timing and pattern control. Equipped with Allen-Bradley 5/04 controller and Panelview touchscreen for single-station set-up. Machine handles all carton styles.
