Hand load bagger

Automated Packaging Systems (Streetsboro&#44 OH) designed the HB-85 PaceSetter™ Plus bagger for hand-load bagging applications that require more automation than typical tabletop baggers.

Capable of speeds to 36 bags/min the unit indexes bags into position and opens them up for hand loading. Once the bag is loaded a foot or hand switch activates the bagger to seal and detach the finished bag. Bags can range from 2.5’’x2.5’’ to 10.5’’x10.5’’. Applications include low-volume hardware kits crafts wrapped candy jewelry and manuals.
