Air ring for blown film

Brampton Engineering (Brampton&#44 Ontario&#44 Canada) says its new Eliminator air ring improves production of blown film. Provides good bubble stability and gives processors flexibility by enabling lines to handle a wider range of materials with different melt strengths.

The air ring handles blow-up ratios of 1.5:1 up to 5:1 and structures of up to 10 layers. The product is the first air ring with calibrated settings to allow reproducible results.
