Featuring a mini conveyor&#44 the Garvens S1 checkweigher from Garvens USA (Pine Brook&#44 NJ) is designed for accurate weighing and sorting of small&#44 very light items with diameters down to 15 mm (0.59”).

Maximum load is 200 g (7.05 oz). Belt widths of the weighing infeed and outfeed conveyors are limited to 50 mm (1.97”) to 100 mm (3.94”). Accuracy of ± 20 to 50 mg (0.002 oz) at 3 sigma can be achieved at a rate of 400 to 600 pieces/min company says.
