—Kraton Polymers Business (Houston TX) has been sold to the private investment firm Ripplewood Holdings LLC (New York NY). —BASF Corp. (Mt. Olive NJ) has signed a distribution agreement with the general polymers div. of Ashland Distribution Co. (Dublin OH) to be a distributor of its general-purpose high-impact and Avantra specialty polystyrene molding and extrusion resins in the United States and Canada. —JMD Manufacturing Inc. (Framingham MA) has agreed to distribute a line of label dispensers and applicators to the East coast for Alipack Americas (Gurnee IL). —Borden Chemical Inc. (Louisville KY) has selected Excel (Westerville OH) to manage packaging and warehousing sevices for its industrial resins operation. —Jaguar Packaging Inc. (Lewiston NY) has added Pliant Corp. (Schaumburg IL) to its family of Standzip™ licensees. —Paulson Training Programs (Chester CT) and Bosch Automation Technology (Bridgman MI) have formed a partnership to promote Bosch’s training products. —Teknor Apex (Pawtucket RI) has part- nered with Davis-Standard (Pawcatuck CT) to develop an extrusion system for producing a reinforced tubing product. —Air Packaging Technologies Inc.
