Home-style design

A move from the restaurant table to the grocery freezer prompted Boston Market Homestyle Frozen entrée maker Heinz Frozen Food to contact Lipson Alport Glass & Associates (Cincinnati&#44 OH) to design a carton that reinforces home-style ambiance&#44 quality ingredients&#44 and strong appetite appeal.

The packaging for the new frozen meals was designed to bring the popular restaurant experience into the home. “The new line of frozen entrées main dishes and sides are geared to time-starved consumers looking for quality and simple dinner preparation” says Holly Linton LAGA director of client services. “Heinz wanted us to clearly and cleanly communicate the brand positioning and restaurant experience to the consumer.” Offset-printed in six colors the familiar Boston Market logo and backlit glow are intended to communicate the warmth of eating at the restaurant.
