Security tape

Scotch® Tamper Indicating Tape 3559 from 3M (St. Paul&#44 MN) is said to help deter shipment theft. If an unauthorized person tries to peel back the tape&#44 a security “Alert” message is revealed.

Tape cannot be reapplied without the alert message showing. When tape is pulled off significant fiber tear may also be evident.
