—Captive Plastics (Piscataway NJ) has become a majority shareholder in PET-Power (Etten-Leur Holland).

—Klöckner Hänsel Tevopharm (Sarasota FL) has been appointed exclusive U.S. distributor of automatic packaging infeed and loading systems manufactured by Houdijk Holland (Vlaardingen the Netherlands).
