Rose Forgrove: Patty bagger
The Merlin Flowpak meat patty bagger from Rose Forgrove (St. Charles, IL) wraps fresh or frozen hamburger-type patties in individual film pouches at speeds to 85 patties/min.
Operating at below-freezing temperatures the machine handles patties that are 90 mm in dia and 9 mm thick. Stainless-steel infeed has plastic slats that carry patties to a forming box.
