The robotic five-axis Flexcell™ from Dynax (Sarasota, FL) loads, unloads and assembles delicately finished packaging components. including bottles, closures or other small pieces that have easily marred finishes.
The end-of-arm tooling on the servo-controlled unit can be anything from grippers to screwdrivers. Available as an automatic stand-alone unit or semi-automatic station the Flexcell is suitable for use in tray denesting closure placement magazine loading/unloading and case packing.
