Somec Corp. (Orlando&#44 FL) has acquired the assets for the end-tester business of Alcoa Package Machinery Inc. (Englewood&#44 CO). The end-tester product line was located in Randolph&#44 NY&#44 but for the time being will be managed by Orlando personnel.
