A gas-release valve located just above the film web on Triangle's (Chicago&#44 IL) Advantage/Auger vf/f/s system makes the machine ideal for packaging freshly ground coffee.

After releasing the gas produced by grinding the beans the valve closes in time to retain the optimum pressure inside the bag. The machine operates at speeds to 60 bags/min using flat-bottom barrier bags.
