Montell Polyolefins Co. NV (Hoofddorp&#44 the Netherlands)&#44 Showa Denko K.K. (Tokyo&#44 Japan)&#44 Nippon Petrochemicals Co.&#44 Ltd. (Tokyo&#44 Japan) and Taiwan Polypropylene Co.

Ltd. (Taiwan) have officially formed their Japanese PP joint venture co. Montell SDK Sunrise Ltd. (Tokyo Japan).
