Montell Polyolefins (Hoofddorp&#44 the Netherlands)&#44 Showa Denko K.K. (Tokyo&#44 Japan) and Nippon Petrochemicals Co.&#44 Ltd. (Tokyo&#44 Japan) have announced their intention to establish a joint venture in Japan&#44 to be named Japan Polyolefins Co.&#44 Ltd.
