Case packer

Operating at speeds to 30 cases/min&#44 the Model 3000 robotic case packer from Schroeder (East Syracuse&#44 NY) uses a linear pick-and-place device to transport light&#44 unstable packages from the infeed conveyor to the section of the machine for pack pattern forming.

Though customized for the user machines handle a maximum case weight of 50 lb and case size of approximately 24"x24"x24". Changeover is accomplished largely through hand cranks.
