Reusable envelope
United Parcel Service (Atlanta, GA) has introduced what it believes is an industry first: a reusable overnight air delivery envelope. Re-use is accomplished by removing the label affixed by the sender, attaching a return label, and re-sealing the packaging with the second adhesive flap that folds down.
It's made of 100% recycled material 75% of which is post-consumer. Half of the envelope is recycled corrugated 30% newsprint and 20% residential mixed waste from community recycling programs.
