W.R. Grace Co. (Boca Raton&#44 FL) has entered an agreement to combine its packaging business with Sealed Air Corp. (Saddle Brook&#44 NJ)&#44 forming a new company&#44 retaining the Sealed Air name and headquarters.

W.R. Grace has also announced the formation of a new specialty chemical company which will consist of Grace Davison Grace Construction Products and Darex Container Products. Headquarters are located in Boca Raton FL.
