By the end of April, FDA must set a "reasonable deadline" for publishing a final rule on proposed health claims for dietary supplement labels, ruled a U.S.
District Court judge. The Nutritional Health Alliance and others filed suit charging that the agency had dragged its feet on a ruling and had not set a deadline for publishing such a rule.
