TOSS Machine Components (Nazareth, PA) has introduced the RES-242 Heatseal Temperature Controller. It uses programming and jaw cycle timers for the precise control of the entire heatseal process.
These controllers increase speed and seal quality while reducing downtime in applications such as vertical and horizontal form/fill/ seal pouch filling and sealing film wrapping and pouch making.
