Printpack Inc. (Atlanta&#44 GA) will purchase the flexible packaging div. of James River Corp. for about $365 million (Richmond&#44 VA). Assets include nine manufacturing plants in the U.S.&#44 one in Mexico&#44 and part of the technical center in Milford&#44 OH.
