The Insight 100 from Insight Control Systems (Safety Harbor, FL) is a turnkey, high-speed, product side inspection system designed for the closure industry.
The non-contact inspector uses vision components sensors and processors. A camera captures an image that's analyzed by software algorithms; the proprietary software provides a simple man-machine interface.
