Thermoplastic elastomers

Advanced Elastomer Systems (Akron&#44 OH) now offers its line of Santoprene® and Tresfin® thermoplastic elastomers for a broad range of cosmetics/personal care product delivery systems.

TPEs have become popular in cosmetics packaging because they can be pigmented and textured. The TPEs can be used to enhance a package's appearance or to form functional parts such as closures caps seals bladders and dispensing systems.
