George Gordon has introduced the RightMove™ synchronized positioning conveyor, said to reposition randomly spaced products and delivers them into the flight spacing of the wrapper conveyor, at high speeds and with friction-free, no-scuff handling. System’s technology is both mechanically and electronically integrated by design into the AccuWrap™ wrapper system.
The modular, multi-section system accommodates various height and weight requirements to adapt to various conditions. The first belt section provides stream control of the product feeding into the system, then 1, 2, or 3 gap adjustment belts provide precise, gentle control of product without product slide. Finally, the fine finish belt receives the product and moves it appropriately to maintain and deliver the product to the flight of the wrapper.
