Charles IL) has acquired Pretium Beverage Packers’ hot-fill facility in Reading PA. In addition to the 314 sq’ plant the property includes a 208 sq’ stand-alone distribution facility.—Sasib North America (Plano TX) has restructured its Plano TX facility to manufacture machines for both wet and dry products which are now centralized in the Plano facility.—Pinnacle Automation U.K. Ltd. the European div. of Pinnacle Automation Inc. (St. Louis MO) has opened a European Operations Center. The London-based div. operates as Automated Systems Integrators Ltd.—Rexam Medical Packaging (Vernon Hills IL) has established a new 65 sq’ mfg. facility in Singapore expected to open in the spring. Rexam will use the facility to manufacture its performance films and printed lid stock.—Eastman Chemical Co.
