Doyen is renowned worldwide for high quality and efficiency four side seal packaging machines, which allow the packaging of dressings, transdermal patches and diagnostic devices into flexible pouches. Multiple models in single and multi-lane operation with rotary or platen sealing, as freestanding machines or integrated packaging modules in Doyen’s wound care, transdermal and thin film converting systems, are available.

Doyen also applies its expertise to three-dimensional packaging. Medical devices requiring blister or rigid plastic packaging can be expertly packed on Doyen’s MT thermoform packaging machine. There are a variety of possibilities for forming and sealing top and bottom web, as well as multiple cutting options, facilitating customisation to individual customer requirements.

Doyen supports full line integration: converting, packaging, collating and cartoning technology and other ancillary equipment with guaranteed performance. With the help of add-ons like auto splice and vision systems, machine performance at high speeds can be increased by up to 30 percent.
