Clamshell labeling

From Minnesota Automation (Crosby, MN) comes a labeling system for standard clamshell sizes. Nested clamshells are placed on the system’s powered horizontal infeed conveyor and de-nested with a secondary-motion rotary system.

Individual clamshells are presented to tamp-on label applicators for application of top and bottom labels. Labeled clamshells are re-nested on a powered horizontal outfeed conveyor for final packaging. Available in speeds to 200 clamshells/min.
