Air-Recycle Packaging (Stow, MA) has introduced a reusable, recyclable cushioning concept that is inflated to protect products during shipment. It can be made from PU or other air-holding materials, depending on requirements for strength, durability or color.

It can handle products from 1- to 300 lb and can be custom designed for unique product shapes and sizes. The cushions are shipped and stored as flat sheets and inflate with 1/4 to 2 lb of air.
