Villard, MN January 25, 2010—MASSMAN Automation Designs, LLC (Villard, MN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Talon Manufacturing, Inc. which will operate under the new business entity of Talon Massman, LLC.

Founded in 1994, Talon Manufacturing has been serving the microwave popcorn industry with automated packaging machinery. In addition, Talon Manufacturing provides pouch packaging to the broader food market.
