Koch Equipment LLC: Vacuum packaging machine
Koch Equipment’s (Kansas City, MO) Ultravac® 3000 is a double-chamber, vacuum packaging machine designed for hygienic food applications with increased volume demands.
Ultravac accommodates vacuum or modified-atmosphere bulk packaging of pork loins whole beef primals or two 40-lb cheese blocks at a time and permits evacuating gas flushing and sealing a pouch in one chamber while the other chamber is open for loading. Machine includes an easy-to-lift clear-view dome-shaped swing lid that provides 12” of usable vertical interior space and houses 2 seal bars. Each bar produces a 10mm-W (.39”) leak-free hermetic seal.
