Delkor’s Trayfecta® R Series Retail Ready Tray Former erects display trays with die-cut cutouts designed to hold and display tapered cup containers for cultured dairy and other food products in order to reduce shelf stocking time and to display consumer units in the proper orientation.
Trayfecta R Series Formers fully automate a tray-making sequence. All steps are accomplished by the Trayfecta within a single, space-saving machine footprint. Operates at production rates up to 40 trays/min. Forms display trays in a continuous flow, producing precisely formed trays that are properly aligned and oriented for automated product loading. Tray dimensions range in size up to 20 in. wide, 12 in. front-to-back, and 2.75 in. deep.
