Olympic-themed promo offers four different blister-carded buses.

Ramping up its recent entry into Japanese markets, Schweppes brand of British Lemon Tonic from Coca-Cola Japan introduced an Olympic-themed toy promotion. The promo leveraged the British-hosted Olympics with blister-packed models of London’s iconic double-decker red buses. The blister card has a paperboard collar that fits over the neck of the 410-mL glass-bottled drinks. Shown are three of the four bus versions available, which, it can be reported, really do work and roll. Priced at 147¥/USD $1.88, the product targets adult consumers. The Japanese seem to love prize promotions as much as their coffee.
