Chinese health and beauty manufacturer Wally Bath is working with brand and packaging design consultant We Are Pure on several new designs. We Are Pure reportedly is the first consultancy outside of China to work alongside the company.

The contract comes after a trial project where the consultancy developed 10 original ranges for Wally Bath to sell directly to the Chinese market and also to other health and beauty companies across Europe and North America.

As part of the new contract, We Are Pure will not only be creating identities and packaging for each of the products, but also be advising on forthcoming market trends. “One of our [specialties] as a consultancy is health and beauty,” says David Rogers, owner and creative partner of We Are Pure. “It’s great that our work with Wally Bath will allow us to use both our packaging and branding skills and extensive market knowledge to create some exciting, modern and innovative new ranges. Our challenge is to ensure that Wally Bath is a trend leader rather than a follower. We also need to be sure that our ranges have the ability to work on a global scale as many Wally Bath products are sold to international companies to form part of their own health and beauty offerings.”
