PMI-ARPAC LLC acquires PMI

PMI-ARPAC LLC, a subsidiary of ARPAC L.P., has acquired some of the assets of Packaging Machines International, Inc. (PMI).

The addition of PMI will bring a great deal of fresh ideas and ingenuity to the already solid ARPAC shrink bundling product line, according to a company spokesperson. PMI-ARPAC LLC intends to offer service and support to existing PMI installations. In addition, PMI president Branko Vukotic, and a few other valued former PMI employees, will join PMI-ARPAC LLC to ensure a smooth transition and on-going customer service.
