The 120ml-volume cupped products are being marketed in two-cup sleeve packs through retail venues in Spain.

The packaging’s oxygen and moisture barrier properties protect tuna steak shelf life for up to 12 months, stored at ambient temperatures. Using an opaque white polypropylene/ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH)/PP material structure, EDV coextrudes and thermoforms these round-shaped, high-barrier cups at its production facility in Llinars del Valles, Spain. The opaque white PET/polyamide/cast polypropylene barrier lidding material is supplied by Amcor Flexibles (www.amcor.com). Carton sleeves, offset printed in 5 colors and varnished, are supplied by Acpack (www.acpack-france.com).
