Matthew Gaddis is area technical manager for H.B. Fuller's North American Adhesives group. In this role, Gaddis is responsible for providing technology based customer service for H. B. Fuller's sales territory managers and adhesives customers. Gaddis' experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing and chemistry supports his solutions approach to internal and external customer needs. Gaddis has been with H.B. Fuller since 1998, when he was hired as a senior chemist in H.B. Fuller waterborne adhesives laboratory. He was named to his current position as area technical manager, North American Adhesives, in 2001. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Gaddis holds a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and is certified by the American Chemical Society.
Bradley Lindberg is a corporate buyer in charge of industrial adhesives for Hormel Foods Corporation. In this capacity, Lindberg assures an uninterrupted supply of adhesives to all Hormel Foods manufacturing facilities. Lindberg began his career with Hormel Foods Corporation in 1982 in the operations area. He spent 11 years at the Hormel Foods flagship plant in Austin, MN; six years at their Fremont, NE, facility and the past seven years at Hormel Foods Corporate Offices in the purchasing department. He is corporate chairperson of Hormel's Supplier Quality Management committee, and also heads their Corporate Partners in Quality program.
Selim Yalvac is a development leader in the Specialty Plastics and Elastomers business of The Dow Chemical Company. His responsibilities include supporting business and product development for polyolefins, primarily for low molecular weight polymers and specialty polyolefins. His specific areas of expertise are composite materials, polymers material science, and hot-melt adhesives.
