The Cryovac (Duncan, SC) BDF® 400/CJ packaging film for cheese is specifically designed for medium- to long-shelf-life cheese chunks. For use on high-speed Cryovac CJ50 and CJ55 packaging machines, this 75-ga coextruded 5-layer film with an EVOH barrier layer is available single-wound on 6” cores.
