The OK 200 machine from OK Intl. (Marlborough, MA) makes bags from gussetted, lay-flat tubing, then inserts them into cases as liners, cuffing them over the case’s edges.

Using liners up to 5 mils thick made from LDPE LLDPE HDPE or coextruded film the machine inserts them at speeds to 15 cases/min.
