The Multicover 949e from BBC Industries (Fenton, MO) uses rolls of gusseted film, tubing, pre-folded or regular film to make bags, covers or wraps of various lengths.

Can seal film up to 55" wide in thicknesses to 8 mils. Film can be pulled through electric jaws to a desired length; they then close and seal in 2 to 4 seconds and a sliding knife makes a precise cut.
