The "1" flat sealing head from Enercon (Menomonee Falls, WI) seals 20- through 120-mm cap foil innerseals. Handles continuous-thread as well as child-resistant caps using magnetic energy to align them proper-ly.
Elimi-nates the need for several coils when a variety of different-sized closures are being applied as well as the downtime that comes with hanging coils. A gauge indicates coil position for each closure size.
