Berlin Packaging, a supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, announced that all sales and warehouse locations formerly known as All-Pak, Inc., are now operating under the Berlin Packaging name. The rebranding is the culmination of a 10-month initiative to integrate the two businesses after Berlin Packaging’s acquisition of All-Pak in March 2010.

With the All-Pak rebranding and the acquisition of Continental Packaging Solutions announced last month, Berlin Packaging now has more than 70 sales and warehouse facilities operating under the Berlin Packaging banner across North America. The company also has a broader network of expertise, with deep knowledge in personal care, pharmaceutical, lab supplies, food and beverage, chemical and industrial, dangerous-goods packaging, and other sectors.
