A new, low-profile closure system for aseptic packages has been introduced by International Paper’s Beverage Packaging Div. (Memphis, TN). The Clip-Pak™ combines a patented PP spout and etching design with an advanced application system.
The reclosable spout is applied in a single-station postfilling application system. The Clip-Pak is fully compatible with Fuji aseptic filling equipment and slim filler machines with application speeds to 7 packages/hr.
