Tredegar Film Products (Richmond, VA) has expanded its line of Monax®Plus oriented HDPE films to include six coextruded heat-sealable films for bag-in-box applications, slug wrap or sealant layers in laminations.
These are available with sealants based on metallocene ionomer EVA resins or a proprietary blend. Also available with an antioxidant. Can be produced in 1- to 3-mil thicknesses in high-clarity or low-opacity versions.
