Cryovac: Cryovac: Cook-in bag
Sealed Air’s Cryovac® CNZ660 Grip & Tear™ cook-in bag is a tough, heat-resistant cook-in bag designed for cook and strip products such as roast beef, poultry and ham, which are exposed to further processing after being cooked.
The non-barrier, non-adhesion bag is made from multi-layer coextruded material with high-shrink and high-moisture barrier properties. Workers insert fingers into 2 holes located on the bag’s header and pull apart. To further ensure that the material has been fully removed from the product, the bag is pigmented blue for easy detection. Knifeless design reduces safety risks to workers and prevents products from being scored or punctured, which can lead to cross-contamination between items.
