Copolyester resin

Eastman Chemical Co. (Kingsport, TN) introduces the Eastar copolyester AN001, an injection/stretch blow-molding resin for the cosmetics and personal care markets.

Resin was developed in close consultation with leading bottle manufacturers. Bottles constructed of resin have thick wall sections (up to 10 mm) and color and clarity is significantly improved company says. The final bottle looks and feels like glass.
