Manufacturer CMS Gilbreth (Bensalem, PA) says installing new timing screws on the TRA line of TE banding equipment can increase throughput by 25%. CMS' tests indicate that 50 to 100 more containers/min can be banded when the new plastic screws are added, depending on lid or cap size.
