Hood-stretch pallet wrappers from Lachenmeier (Hollywood, FL) use an undersized film hood that is stretched hydraulically to a dimension matching the exact outer circumference of the load.
After stretching the film is applied onto the load and underneath the pallet ensuring a permanent hold between pallet and load and securing the load for storage and transportation. A key characteristic of the newest model is its flexibility when it comes to packing different pallet sizes. Speeds to 180 pallet loads/hr.
