Automatic Rotary Ring Wrapper
Wulftec demonstrated its Wring-500 automatic rotary ring wrapper at Pack Expo 2006.
At 50 RPM, this stretch wrapper features high-speed wrapping for increased productivity, versatility with different wrap patterns, film savings with one way wrapping, banding and split wrap capabilities, a carbon fiber ring for lighter, more resistant response to speed change, and RFID technology for reduced maintenance. An infrared film tail seaming device ensures a full width seal. No-Thread® powered prestretch carriage - tilting film mandrel allows fast and easy film loading. A counterweight system enables smooth operation, no vibration, safer operation.
