The Stackbot from American Productivity Group (Fairfield, NJ) is an articulating robotic arm that is controlled by a track plate rather than a PC or PLC.
This ensures that a programmer or technician is not needed for new pallet patterns. A 2-min swap of a track plate creates the new pattern. Robot can load or unload 2 different pallet patterns simultaneously. Machine can palletize or depalletize to 10/min of cases pails bags bales or trays.
