Film feeding system for secure product containment

Wulftec’s FAST--Force Anticipation Stretch Technology--is a film feeding system that accurately delivers film to the pallet without reacting to a demand, controlling film failure, film ripping, and breakage.

FAST is forgiving to defects in the film and/or puncture hazards on the product. Offers a wider range of force to load possibilities while maintaining complete all around load containment. With FAST all the force that is in the stretch film can be used so that film consumption can be dramatically reduced (up to 35%) while achieving the same containment. Film breaks are eliminated, and film waste due to damaged rolls or punctures are no longer a factor. FAST can be retrofitted on current stretch wrapping systems.
