Polypack’s All-In-One Tube wrapper/case-packer uses a patented system to pick and place tubes directly onto the film for shrink wrapping.
At the back of the machine, a discharge gantry picks up the shrink-wrapped tube multipacks and places them into an erected case for distribution. The all-in-one tube machine features: one-time product handling; dual- or single-lane models; speeds up to 180 tubes/min.; minimal changeover; ability to wrap tubes either inverted or in a straight line; color touch screen interface; servo-driven pick & place gantries; thick gauge welded frame; all stainless-steel construction; integrated case-packer at the back end of the machine; patented robotic system.
